Report Center

The Report Center turns finished analyses into a delivered document. Instead of copying charts one by one into Word or PowerPoint, you pick which results to include, choose a layout template, and let Deepsona assemble the cover page, section headings, charts, data tables and narrative text in a single pass.

Five output formats are produced natively by the application: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF and HTML. No Office installation is required for any of them — PDF and HTML in particular are written directly, so a machine with only Deepsona on it can still deliver a finished report.

How a report is assembled

A report document always has the same shape: a cover page carrying the title, the author and the generation timestamp, followed by one section per included result. Each section can hold a heading, a narrative paragraph, a metrics table and one or more chart images rendered from the analysis pages.

Practical tips

Numbers are never invented. Whichever route you take — manual, template driven or with the AI Assistant — the charts and values placed in a report are the results of the analyses that actually ran on your data. Templates and the assistant only control wording and arrangement.
